Overview of Services

The Translational Metabolomics (Redox & Bioenergetics, Imaging, Mass Spectrometry) Shared Resource (TraMSR) provides expertise and state-of-the-art instrumentation for cancer center members to explore cancer metabolism by enabling users to run mass spectrometry analyses of tumor metabolome, bioenergetic and redox function analyses, and pre-clinical imaging.
