 We are here to support you through the season, with holiday closures varying by region:

• US & Canada / APAC: Closed Dec 25–26 (return Dec 29) and Jan 1–2 (return Jan 5)
• EU: Closed Dec 24–26 (return Dec 29) and Dec 31–Jan 1 (return Jan 2)

 We're fully staffed on all other days and ready to assist!

Add “Urgent” to your ticket or email subject, or press “1” when prompted on the iLab Support phone and we will prioritize your request first.

ALERT

The iLab Core Management System functionality should only be minimally impacted by the transition to Workday when system changes are implemented on January 10th.   Service requests, reservations, and forms will remain the same and requested services can be performed by the core facilities as usual except for the Saturday January 10th outage.
