The iLab Core Management System functionality should only be minimally impacted by the transition to Workday when system changes are implemented on January 10th.   Service requests, reservations, and forms will remain the same and requested services can be performed by the core facilities as usual except for the Saturday January 10th outage. Please reach out to ilab@mcw.edu with questions or concerns.

OnCore Calendar Requests

 

The Office of Research is utilzing the iLab system for OnCore Calendar Build requests. 

In order to submit a request, you must be able to provide: 

  1. A signed copy of the Confidentiality Agreement (CDA) - if applicable
  2. A copy of the protocol
