The ‘Help’ link in iLab now redirects to ilab-support@agilent.com as part of our support system transition. For full details, please refer to our Help Site article Submit and Track Support Requests in the Portal.
ALERT The iLab Core Management System functionality should only be minimally impacted by the transition to Workday when system changes are implemented on January 10th. Service requests, reservations, and forms will remain the same and requested services can be performed by the core facilities as usual except for the Saturday January 10th outage. Please reach out to ilab@mcw.edu with questions or concerns.

We can accommodate requests from staff at clinical affiliates (Froedtert Hospital, Children's Wisconsin, Versiti Blood Research Institute, VA) as cash or check orders.
All poster orders must be submitted via iLab.
